INTEGRAL LONGEVITY TECHNOLOGIES

Want to live a long life — staying fully functional, healthy and creatively alive? Then what we build is for you.

We’re developing structured, clinically studied programmes of targeted physical activity and a vitality capacity score, designed to support healthy longevity, improve wellbeing and raise performance.
Healthy Longevity means more healthy, active, and capable years.

WHAT WE BUILD

Two programmes, one way to measure - a complete ecosystem

Two targeted physical activity programmes on one digital platform - each for a different need, each with the same assessment tool. Whichever programme you follow, the Vitality capacity score sets your starting point, personalises your plan and tracks your change.
You measure, we personalise, you train, we track the result and adjust the plan, you move up a level.

PROGRAMME 1 · ADULTS 35+

Healthy Longevity

For anyone who values quality of life — today and for years to come

A gentle, progressive programme built on an easy-to-follow set of targeted exercises, performed to a set sequence with a precisely defined breathing pattern. It is designed to support metabolic health and everyday function — the foundation of healthy longevity. No fitness background is needed.

Easy to follow. Targeted exercises with guided breathing, step by step.

Gentle approach. Low intensity and gradual progression — suitable even for complete beginners.

Practise anywhere. Online — no gym, no equipment of any kind.

PROGRAMME 2 · PERFORMANCE & RESILIENCE

Upgraded Performance

For professionals and athletes under high, sustained stress

“The same targeted method with a different tuning — for performance, recovery and resilience under sustained load, and for your specific goals.

Performance-oriented. Helps you keep your reserve when the load is high and stays high.

Recovery-focused. Structured so the body recovers in time and keeps its working capacity.

Adaptable. Tailored to your sport, role or goal.

ASSESSMENT COMPANION

The Vitality capacity score

An objective measure of where you stand now and how you change over time. One 0–100 score that draws many laboratory results and physical measurements into a single figure — read alongside how you feel, never blended with it.

THE PROBLEM

We live longer, but not healthier

The gap between how long we live and how long we live well keeps widening — and it is filled with chronic, age-related disease.

Globally, an estimated 9.6 years of each life are spent with disease or disability — rising to 12.4 years in the United States.

The major drivers of lost healthy years — cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, dementia, cancer and frailty — rise sharply with age. They share common roots: the chronic low-grade inflammation that builds quietly with age — inflammageing and the metabolic decline that travels with it.

And it starts long before you feel it. From your mid-thirties, muscle, aerobic fitness and insulin sensitivity begin a slow, measurable slide. The course low-grade inflammation takes through those same years is already linked to how sharp the mind stays at midlife.

THE AIM

Target inflammageing and metabolic decline

Inflammageing and metabolic decline are increasingly recognised as driving forces behind many age-related diseases. By helping to act on these pathways, we aim to change the trajectory - fewer years lost to chronic disease, more years lived well.
OUR TARGETS

Metabolic health

Low-grade systemic inflammation links ageing to insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Acting on it is a plausible lever for prevention.

Cardiovascular health

“Inflammageing and metabolic dysfunction are implicated in age-related cardiovascular disease — a leading cause of lost healthy years and preventable death.

Energy, strength and resilience

Beyond disease, chronic inflammation may contribute to fatigue, pain and frailty - the everyday erosion of healthspan and quality of life.

OUR PROPRIETARY APPROACH

Measure. Act. Verify the result. Adjust — and move up a level.

We are developing an objective index of your current state and a targeted physical activity programmes, aimed at the mechanisms of inflammageing and age-related metabolic decline — structured, reproducible, and built to support everyday function.

1

STEP 1 · MEASURE & EVALUATE

Baseline

Your lab results and questionnaires set your baseline - where your score begins.

2

STEP 2 · PERSONALISE & INTERVENE

Personalised protocol

Your protocol is matched and adapted to you.

3

STEP 3 · RE-ASSESS & ADJUST

Track & adjust

Your progress is tracked and your plan adjusts. One score will sum it up.

↻ The next cycle starts with a new measurement — one level up.

Grounded in clinical research

Built on published and presented clinical research — not on general claims about the health benefits of exercise.

Mechanism-driven

Designed to act on two pathways. The abdominally targeted exercises and breathing are built to act on the intestinal barrier, where increased permeability is a plausible source of chronic low-grade systemic inflammation. And the sustained, gentle load mainly recruits slow-twitch, type 1 muscle fibres — the most insulin-sensitive, and therefore central to systemic metabolism. So the programme works on the gut barrier and on metabolic health alike.

Feedback-adaptive

Each cycle re-checks your labs and questionnaires, and the protocol adapts. One score of our own (in development) will turn it into a clear read-out: where you are, and how you are moving.

THE SCORE

One score for vitality capacity

Biomarker platforms hand you a wall of numbers. We are building one number that makes sense of them: a 0–100 composite score for your vitality capacity, computed from measured values, with targets drawn from established clinical guidelines. It shows where you stand - and how you are moving.
And how you feel is not an afterthought. Your energy, your sleep, your sense of how you are doing — all of it is recorded and read alongside the number, in full view. We just never blend the two, so that each can tell you the truth on its own.

SCIENTIFIC FRAMEWORK · WHO DEFINITION

Vitality capacity is the physiological state that underlies healthy ageing. It reflects how your body makes and uses energy, how your muscles and nerves perform, and how your immune and stress systems respond.

It is what our protocols are designed to enhance — and what the score is designed to show.

The framework is the WHO working group’s. The score built on it is ours.

We are not building another "biological age" score or a forecast of your future. Our task is to assess your current state against the optimum for your age, to help guide your programme, and to track change objectively.
The comparison is not with "the average person your age" but with desirable, evidence-based target values. Because "normal for your age" is not the goal we are aiming for.

The score is not a diagnostic tool and was not developed or endorsed by the WHO.

SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE

Based on real clinical results

Our methodology is built on clinical research in inflammation-driven conditions - with further studies underway.

Inflammatory bowel disease

Published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, December 2025.

The targeted programme produced encouraging evidence in people with IBD. In a 4-week randomised, double-blind study of 26 patients, targeted exercise was compared with general exercise — not with rest. Both groups improved. In the small Crohn’s subgroup of 15 people, 75% reached clinical remission with the targeted programme, versus 14% with general exercise. And a stool marker of gut inflammation stayed stable with the targeted programme while rising in the comparison group.

Fibromyalgia

An early clinical study, presented at the 15th International Congress on Autoimmunity.

In adults with fibromyalgia, most people on the programme reached a meaningful level of pain relief. The study was small and not randomised: 30 adults, 15 on the programme and 15 continuing as usual. 73% of the programme group met the pain-improvement level defined in advance, versus 13% of the comparison group. Pain, fatigue and overall symptoms improved, and several gut and microbiome measures moved towards the healthy profile. Some findings held up to stricter statistical testing; others remain early signals that need confirmation. Manuscripts in preparation.

Inflammageing and age-related metabolic decline

A randomised proof-of-concept pilot in adults aged 40–65

Our previous studies were conducted in patients with established disease.
This study turns to a far larger group — adults aged 40–65 without an active inflammatory disease, but with measurable signs of chronic low-grade systemic inflammation. Such inflammation can come with fading energy, lighter sleep and slower recovery.
For 12 weeks, participants follow the Healthy Longevity programme. Markers of inflammation, metabolic health and the gut barrier are assessed before and after, together with fatigue, sleep and physical function.
The same data will serve the development and testing of the vitality capacity score; independent validation is planned to follow.
The results will be published.
