INTEGRAL LONGEVITY TECHNOLOGIES
We develop structured, clinically studied, targeted physical activity protocols — designed to enhance healthy longevity, wellbeing and performance.
Healthy Longevity means more healthy, active, and capable years.
WHAT WE BUILD
Two families of targeted physical activity protocols on one digital platform — and one score to tie them together. You measure, we personalise, you train, we re-assess. The plan adjusts as you go.
PROTOCOL FAMILY 1 · ADULTS 35+
Healthy Longevity
For adults aged 35 and over
A gentle, progressive protocol built to support everyday function, metabolic health and healthy ageing — no fitness background needed.
PROTOCOL 2 · PERFORMANCE & RESILIENCE
Upgraded Performance
For professionals and athletes under high, sustained stress
The same targeted method, tuned for performance, recovery and resilience under sustained demand — and tailored to your goals.
THE PROBLEM
The gap between how long we live and how long we live well keeps widening — and it is filled with chronic, age-related disease.
The major drivers of lost healthy years — cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, dementia, cancer and frailty — rise sharply with age. They share common roots: the chronic low-grade inflammation that builds quietly with age — inflammageing and the metabolic decline that travels with it.
And it starts long before you feel it. From your mid-thirties, muscle, aerobic fitness and insulin sensitivity begin a slow, measurable slide. The course low-grade inflammation takes through those same years is already linked to how sharp the mind stays at midlife.
THE AIM
Inflammageing is increasingly recognised as a driving force behind many age-related diseases. By helping to control and modulate it, we aim to change the trajectory — fewer years lost to chronic disease, more years lived well.
OUR TARGETS
Metabolic health
Low-grade systemic inflammation links ageing to metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Modulating it is a plausible lever for prevention.
Cardiovascular health
Inflammageing is implicated in age-related cardiovascular disease — a leading cause of lost healthy years and preventable death.
Functional resilience
Beyond disease, chronic inflammation drives fatigue, pain and frailty — the everyday erosion of healthspan and quality of life.
OUR PROPRIETARY APPROACH
Structured, reproducible protocols designed to act on the pathways of inflammageing and metabolic decline - and to support everyday function.
STEP 1 · MEASURE & EVALUATE
Baseline
Your lab results and questionnaires set your baseline — where your score begins.
STEP 2 · PERSONASIZE & INTERVENE
Personalised protocol
Your protocol is matched and adapted to you.
STEP 3 · RE-ASSESS & ADJUST
Track & adjust
Your progress is tracked and your plan adjusts. One score will sum it up.
Grounded in clinical research
Built on published and presented clinical research — not general wellness claims.
Mechanism-driven
Designed to act on two pathways. The abdominally targeted exercises and breathing are built to act on the intestinal barrier, where increased permeability is a plausible contributor to low-grade inflammation. And the sustained, low-intensity work mainly recruits slow-twitch, type 1 muscle fibres, the most insulin-sensitive fibre type — a plausible lever for metabolic health.
Feedback-adaptive
Each cycle re-checks your labs and questionnaires, and the protocol adapts. One score of our own (in development) will turn it into a clear read-out: where you are, and how you are moving.
THE SCORE · IN DEVELOPMENT
Biomarker platforms hand you a wall of numbers. We are building one number that makes sense of them: a 0–100 composite score for your vitality capacity, computed from measured values, with targets drawn from established clinical guidelines. It shows where you stand — and how you are moving.
And how you feel is not an afterthought. Your energy, your sleep, your sense of how you are doing — all of it is recorded and read alongside the number, in full view. We just never blend the two, so that each can tell you the truth on its own.
SCIENTIFIC FRAMEWORK · WHO DEFINITION
Vitality capacity is the physiological state that underlies healthy ageing. It reflects how your body makes and uses energy, how your muscles and nerves perform, and how your immune and stress systems respond.
It is what our protocols are designed to enhance — and what the score is designed to show.
The framework is the WHO working group’s. The score built on it is ours.
SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE
Our methodology is built on clinical research in inflammation-driven conditions — with further studies underway.
Inflammatory bowel disease
Published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, December 2025.
A 4-week randomised, double-blind trial in 26 patients with mild-to-moderate IBD. The targeted protocol was tested against a general-exercise control — not against rest. Both groups improved. In the small Crohn’s subgroup (15 participants), 75% reached clinical remission with the targeted protocol, versus 14% with general exercise. And faecal calprotectin — a standard marker of gut inflammation — stayed stable in the targeted group while rising in controls.
Fibromyalgia
An early clinical study, presented at the 15th International Congress on Autoimmunity.
A non-randomised study in 30 adults with fibromyalgia: 15 followed the protocol, 15 kept their usual routine. 73% of the protocol group met the predefined pain-response threshold, versus 13% of controls. Pain, fatigue, overall symptoms and anxiety also improved, and several gut-barrier and microbiome measures shifted towards the healthy-control profile. Some findings held up to statistical correction; others remain exploratory. The study was small and non-randomised, so these results are preliminary. Manuscripts in preparation.
Inflammageing and metabolic decline
A randomised proof-of-concept pilot in adults aged 40–65 — the next study.
The studies above were in patients. This pilot moves to the far larger group who are not yet ill: adults aged 40–65 with no diagnosis, selected for measurable low-grade inflammation — often felt as fading energy, lighter sleep and slower recovery. Twelve weeks on the Healthy Longevity protocol, measured before and after: fatigue, sleep and physical function, plus inflammatory, metabolic and gut-barrier markers. The same data will serve the first development and testing of the vitality capacity score, with independent validation to follow. Results will be reported in full, whatever they show, and submitted for peer review.
