This notice explains how Integral Longevity Technologies processes personal data collected through this website, ilt.today, including the founding-supporter campaign page at ilt.today/cf, and why. We keep it short and in plain language, as the law intends.
1. Who we areThe controller of your personal data is SIA “Integral Longevity Technologies”, registration No. 40203703258, registered office: Latgales iela 131 - 2A, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia (“ILT”, “we”).For any privacy matter, contact us at yadot.tli%40ycavirp. For questions about a contribution, refund or reward, use yadot.tli%40dnuf; both addresses reach the people responsible. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
2. What this notice coversThis website is mainly an informational site: it has no user accounts and requests no health information. One exception is the campaign page at ilt.today/cf, where you can support our research study by making a contribution. Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout pages; we never see or store your full card details. Personal data reaches us in three ways: through the contact form, through a contribution, and through the technical operation of the site.
3. What we collectContact form. If you write to us, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the nature of your enquiry (investor, partner or early access) and your message.Contributions. If you support the campaign, we receive from Stripe your name, email address, the amount and tier, the date, a payment reference, the card brand and last four digits, and your billing country. If you pay by bank transfer, we receive the details shown on the transfer. We also keep the correspondence relating to your contribution — for example a withdrawal notice or a refund request.Rewards and recognition. If you choose to be listed on the Wall of Founders or named in launch materials, we keep the name you ask us to show. If your tier includes memberships to gift, we keep the names and email addresses of the people you nominate. If you take part in supporter surveys, join the Founding Advisory Circle, or attend an event, we keep what is needed to run those — your answers, your registration, and any dietary or access requirements for an in-person event.Technical data. Like almost every website, the platform hosting this site processes limited technical data needed to deliver and secure it, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. See section 10 on cookies.
4. Why we use it, and on what legal basis• To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering communications you initiate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).• To follow up on investor, partnership or early-access interest you have expressed — as steps taken at your request prior to entering into a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b)).• To process your contribution, deliver your rewards, and send you the campaign and study updates that are part of what you have contracted for — to perform our contract with you under the Campaign Terms (Article 6(1)(b)).• To keep accounting and tax records of contributions and refunds — to comply with our legal obligations under Latvian accounting and tax law (Article 6(1)(c)).• To prevent fraud, handle payment disputes and chargebacks, and establish or defend legal claims — on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).• To list you on the Wall of Founders or name you in launch materials — only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.• To send you marketing beyond the campaign and study updates — only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); every such message has an unsubscribe link.• To operate and secure the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, functioning site (Article 6(1)(f)).We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it. We make no automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Stripe screens payments for fraud using automated processing; that is Stripe’s processing as an independent controller, described in Stripe’s privacy policy (section 6).
5. A note on health information — and on the studyPlease do not include medical or health information in your message or in any contribution correspondence. This site is not intended to collect it, and we do not ask for it. If a message nevertheless contains health information, we will either delete the message or remove that information from our records, and we will not use it.Supporting the campaign does not make you a participant in the research study it funds. Study participants are recruited separately, under an ethics-approved information sheet and consent process, and their data is held entirely apart from supporter data. Supporter updates never contain participant-level personal or health information.
6. Who we share it withWe share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only what each needs:• Stripe — our payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland, together with Stripe, Inc., United States). Stripe processes your payment on our behalf. Stripe also processes your data as an independent controller for its own purposes — fraud prevention, security and legal compliance — under its privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.• The platform that hosts this website, and our email and productivity provider (Google Workspace), through which enquiries and supporter communications are sent and received.• The email service through which we send contribution confirmations and supporter updates, which sends messages on our instructions.• Our accountant, for the records the law requires, and our bank, for bank transfers and refunds.Where necessary, we may also share data with professional advisers (for example, legal or accounting) under confidentiality obligations, or with authorities where the law requires it.7. International transfersSome of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area. In particular, Stripe transfers data to Stripe, Inc. in the United States; Stripe is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Where any other transfer happens, it is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep itEnquiries and the related correspondence are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship develops, in which case the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and any retention period required by law.Contribution and refund records are kept for the period Latvian accounting and tax law requires — currently at least five years after the end of the financial year in which the contribution was made — and cannot be erased earlier, even at your request. Details needed to deliver your rewards and membership are kept for as long as any reward or membership remains outstanding or active, and then for the limitation period for legal claims. Your Wall of Founders name is kept until you withdraw consent. Withdrawal and refund correspondence is kept for the limitation period.Data needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may be kept for the applicable limitation period.
9. Your rightsUnder the GDPR you have the right to:• access the personal data we hold about you;• have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;• have your data erased, where the conditions for erasure apply (records we must keep by law, such as contribution records, are excluded);• restrict processing in the situations the GDPR defines;• receive the data you provided to us in a portable format;• object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including at any time to the follow-up described in section 4;• withdraw any consent you have given — for example to be listed on the Wall of Founders or to receive marketing — at any time, without affecting processing that took place before you withdrew.To exercise any of these rights, write to yadot.tli%40ycavirp. We will respond within one month, as the law provides.
10. CookiesThis site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and remain secure. When you contribute, you are taken to a checkout page operated by Stripe on stripe.com; the cookies set there are Stripe’s, and are described in Stripe’s cookie policy.
11. ChildrenThis website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Contributions to the campaign may only be made by people aged 18 or over.
12. ComplaintsIf you believe our processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv) — or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.13. Changes to this noticeIf we change how we process personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top. Significant changes will be indicated clearly on this page.
