1.1 These Terms are offered by SIA “Integral Longevity Technologies” (“ILT”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia on 8 December 2025, registration number 40203703258, represented by its board members Yuri Ostrinski and Andrii Siderskyi.
1.2 Registered and postal address: Latgales iela 131 - 2A, Rīga, LV-1003, Latvia. Email for all campaign matters, including withdrawals and complaints: fund@ilt.today. We aim to acknowledge every message within 3 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
1.3 The campaign page is published at https://ilt.today/cf (the “Campaign Page”). These Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Campaign Page together form the agreement between you and ILT when you contribute.
2.1 This is a reward-based founding-supporter campaign. In return for a contribution at a chosen tier, you receive the rewards listed for that tier in Annex A. Legally, this is a distance contract for the future supply of services and digital content, concluded under Latvian law and EU consumer law.
2.2 It is not an offer of investment or securities. You do not acquire shares, profit rights, debt, or any financial return. It is not a charitable donation and we make no representation that contributions are tax-deductible.
2.3 Nothing on the Campaign Page or in these Terms is medical advice. Our programmes and the vitality capacity score are wellbeing tools intended to support general wellbeing, physical activity and healthy ageing; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent disease and do not replace professional medical care.
3.1 “Campaign Period” means 00:00 on 25 September 2026 to 23:59 on 25 October 2026, Rīga time. Reaching the Target does not end the Campaign Period. ILT may extend the Campaign Period once by up to 14 days by notice on the Campaign Page; contributions made during any extension are governed by these Terms.
3.2 “Contribution” means the amount you pay at a tier; “Supporter” means a person who has made a Contribution; “Tier” and “Rewards” have the meanings in Annex A.
3.3 “Study” means the pilot study described on the Campaign Page: a randomised study of the Healthy Longevity programme in around 50 adults aged 40–65, as finally approved by the relevant ethics committee.
3.4 “Platform” means ILT’s digital service through which the Healthy Longevity programme and, as it becomes available, the vitality capacity score are delivered; “Early Access” means access to the Platform in a pre-launch (beta) state; “Public Launch” means the date on which ILT makes the Platform generally available to paying members.
3.5 “Premium Membership” means the paid membership tier of the Platform; “Founding Price” means the price of €19 per month described in section 10; “Target” means €40,000; “Threshold” means €25,000. Both figures mean total secured study funding, including €5,300 committed by ILT.
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter binding contracts, and using a payment method you are entitled to use. Contributions made on behalf of a company or organisation are accepted, but the Rewards are personal to the named individual recipient.
4.2 We may decline or refund a Contribution where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met, where payment is disputed or reversed, or where required by law, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules.
5.1 Contributions at the €100, €250, €500 and €1,000 tiers are made by card through Stripe. Contributions at the €2,500+ tier, and bank transfers at any tier, are arranged by email to fund@ilt.today; we will confirm the amount, the tier and these Terms before you pay.
5.2 The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Before you pay, the checkout shows the amount, the tier, and links to these Terms and the Privacy Notice, and the final payment button clearly indicates that pressing it creates an obligation to pay.
5.3 Within 24 hours of payment we send a confirmation email to the address you gave. It states your Contribution, your Tier and Rewards, the estimated delivery timing, the version of these Terms that applies, and how to withdraw (Annex C shows the template). Keep it: it is your record of the contract.
5.4 All amounts are in euro. Prices shown are final consumer prices — the total you pay. Stripe’s processing fees and the cost of Rewards are borne by ILT and are not deducted from the study budget.
5.5 ILT is not registered as a VAT payer in Latvia and no VAT is charged on Contributions or Rewards. Should ILT become VAT-registered in future, the price you paid will not change and any VAT then due on Rewards already paid for will be borne by ILT.
6.1 Target reached (≥ €40,000 total secured funding). The Study proceeds in full as described on the Campaign Page.
6.2 Between the Threshold and the Target (€25,000–€39,999). The Study proceeds in reduced form — a smaller number of participants and the core biomarker panel — with additional participants and predefined exploratory measures restored as funding allows. The final design at any funding level is subject to statistical and ethics-committee review.
6.3 Below the Threshold (< €25,000). We will not begin recruitment. Within 14 days of the end of the Campaign Period we will email every Supporter with a choice: (a) a full refund, or (b) leaving the Contribution in place while we secure the remaining funding from other sources. If we do not receive your choice within 30 days of that email, we will refund you. If you choose (b), you may still request a refund at any time until recruitment begins.
6.4 Use of funds up to the Target. Contributions up to the Target are used for the Study budget published on the Campaign Page. We may reallocate between budget lines as the Study requires, and will report any material change in the monthly updates. Contributions are not held on trust and no separate account is guaranteed, but they are recorded and reported.
6.5 Contributions received before or after the Campaign Period are treated as made during it for the purposes of this section.
6.6 Above the Target. (a) The campaign continues to the end of the Campaign Period whatever the total raised. (b) Funds above the Target are applied to developing the Platform toward launch, as set out in ILT’s business plan: configuring the established delivery platform on which the programme is provided, producing the guided programme content, implementing the first version of the vitality capacity score, onboarding Supporters into Early Access, and launch preparation. (c) The purpose of this allocation is to bring Early Access and Public Launch forward. If the Target is exceeded, we will publish a revised Early Access timeline in the monthly updates. (d) Contributions above the Target carry the same Rewards and Terms as any other Contribution; they create no additional Rewards, no additional refund rights, and do not alter the Long-stop Date in section 9.4. (e) We will report the use of funds above the Target in the monthly updates.
7.1 The Study will begin recruitment only after approval by the relevant research ethics committee. The ethics application is in preparation at the effective date of these Terms. We expect recruitment to begin within 3 months of ethics approval, and will report progress monthly. Timelines are estimates, not commitments.
7.2 Your Contribution does not entitle you to take part in the Study. Participants are selected solely against the Study’s eligibility criteria, and Supporters have no influence over its design, conduct, analysis or reporting. This separation is a condition of the Study’s scientific integrity.
7.3 We commit to release the Study’s results openly as a preprint and to submit them to a peer-reviewed journal, whatever they show. We do not guarantee any particular result, any journal’s acceptance, or any timing of publication.
7.4 If the Study cannot proceed after recruitment has begun — for example because the ethics committee withdraws approval or a regulatory change prevents it — we will report to Supporters within 30 days with an account of funds used and remaining, and will apply remaining funds to completing the research where possible or offer a pro-rata refund of unspent funds.
8.1 Your Rewards are listed in Annex A against your Tier and are personal to you. They are not transferable, except that the two additional memberships in the €2,500+ Tier may be gifted to named individuals aged 18 or over.
8.2 Rewards are delivered on the timelines estimated in Annex A. If a Reward becomes impossible or impractical to deliver as described, we will offer a substitute of at least equivalent value or, if you prefer, a refund of the part of your Contribution attributable to that Reward.
8.3 If delivery of any Reward will be delayed by more than 90 days beyond its estimated timing, we will notify you with a revised timing and the reason.
9.1 The Platform is in development. Early Access is a pre-launch service: features may be incomplete, may change, and may be interrupted. The vitality capacity score is in development, is not offered as a medical assessment or diagnostic tool, and will be added to the Platform as it becomes available.
9.2 Prepaid membership months (4, 12 or 24 months depending on Tier) begin when you activate your membership after Public Launch. You may activate at any time within 12 months of Public Launch; Early Access before Public Launch does not consume prepaid months.
9.3 “Lifetime” membership means Premium Membership for as long as the Platform operates. If ILT discontinues the Platform permanently, lifetime membership ends with it; we will give at least 90 days’ notice where reasonably possible.
9.4 Long-stop date. If Early Access has not opened to Supporters by 31 December 2027 (the “Long-stop Date”), you may request a refund of your Contribution, less a reasonable deduction for any Rewards already delivered to you, which we will itemise. The rule is the same for every Tier. Alternatively you may choose to keep waiting; we will write to every Supporter before the Long-stop Date with the current position and this choice. Funds above the Target are applied to bringing Early Access forward (section 6.6) but do not change the Long-stop Date.
10.1 After your prepaid months end (or, for lifetime Tiers, not at all), you may continue Premium Membership at the Founding Price of €19 per month, against a planned public price of €25 per month. The Founding Price is available to you for as long as the Platform operates, provided your membership remains continuous.
10.2 If you cancel, you may reactivate at the Founding Price within 90 days of cancellation. After 90 days the Founding Price lapses and the then-current public price applies.
10.3 The Founding Price applies to the Premium Membership tier or, if membership tiers are restructured, to the tier closest in scope to Premium Membership at launch. It is personal, non-transferable, and exclusive of any taxes that the law may later require us to add to consumer prices.
10.4 The Founding Price is a price commitment, not a guarantee of any particular feature set; Platform features may evolve.
11.1 The in-person launch workshop (€1,000 and €2,500+ Tiers) will be announced at least 60 days in advance with date and location. Tickets are personal. Travel, accommodation and incidental costs are not included.
11.2 If you cannot attend, we will offer an online alternative where practical; the ticket is not refundable in cash. If we cancel or postpone the workshop, we will offer a replacement date or an online alternative.
11.3 Live online sessions, onboarding sessions, the annual one-to-one call and the private dinner or video session are scheduled by agreement within 12 months of Public Launch or of the relevant Reward becoming due, whichever is later.
12.1 Membership of the Founding Advisory Circle and participation in supporter surveys are opportunities to give feedback on the Platform. They confer no right to direct the company, the Study or the Platform, no role in study design, analysis or reporting, and no remuneration. Final product decisions rest with ILT.
13.1 Listing on the Wall of Founders, naming in launch materials, and recognition as a Founding Patron happen only with your explicit consent, which we ask for after your Contribution. You choose the name shown, which need not be your legal name, and you may withdraw consent at any time by email; we will remove the listing within 14 days.
14.1 As a consumer you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day the contract is formed (section 5.2), without giving any reason.
14.2 To withdraw, tell us by a clear statement — an email to fund@ilt.today is enough. You may use the model form in Annex B but need not. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is sufficient.
14.3 We will refund your Contribution in full, using the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your notice and without charge.
14.4 If you have asked us to begin delivering a Reward before the 14 days end (for example, immediate Early Access) and we have done so, you may still withdraw, but we may deduct an amount proportionate to what was delivered before withdrawal.
15.1 After the 14-day period, Contributions are non-refundable, except in the situations these Terms provide for: the Threshold not being reached (6.3), the Study being unable to proceed (7.4), a Reward becoming undeliverable without substitute (8.2), the Long-stop Date (9.4), and any refund required by law.
15.2 Refunds are made to the original payment method in euro within 14 days of the refund becoming due. We do not charge for refunds; your bank or card issuer may apply currency or other charges that we do not control.
16.1 By contributing you agree to receive campaign and study updates by email, including monthly progress updates, notices under these Terms, and the results when published. These are part of the service you have contracted for.
16.2 Marketing messages beyond those updates are sent only with your separate consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. Updates about the Study never include participant-level personal or health information.
17.1 ILT is the controller of the personal data you provide when contributing. Stripe processes your payment data under its own terms; we never receive your full card details. We process your name, email, Contribution and Tier to perform this contract, to send the communications in section 16, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
17.2 Wall of Founders and recognition listings are processed on the basis of your consent (section 13). Full details, including retention periods and your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and your right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia, are in the Privacy Notice at ilt.today/privacy.
18.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under Latvian or EU law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to exclude.
18.2 Subject to 18.1, our total liability to you under this contract is limited to the amount of your Contribution, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control (section 21).
18.3 Any physical activity carries some risk. The programmes are not medical treatment; consult a physician before starting a new physical activity programme, particularly if you have or suspect a medical condition.
19.1 You must not use the Campaign Page, the Platform or the Wall of Founders for anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, including submitting a name for the Wall that you have no right to use or that is offensive. We may decline or remove such content.
20.1 Your Contribution is governed by the version of these Terms in force when you contributed, as stated in your confirmation email. We may issue new versions for future Contributions. We will only change the terms applying to an existing Contribution where the change is required by law or is in your favour, and we will notify you of any such change.
21.1 We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including regulatory or ethics-committee decisions, public-health measures, failure of third-party services such as Stripe or hosting providers, or force majeure. Where such an event affects Rewards or the Study, sections 7.4, 8.2 and 8.3 apply.
22.1 If you are unhappy with anything, email us first at fund@ilt.today. We will acknowledge within 3 working days and respond substantively within 14 days.
22.2 If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC, www.ptac.gov.lv) and, for eligible disputes, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU retain the protections of their home country’s mandatory consumer law.
22.3 These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Latvia; if you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings in your home country.
23.1 These Terms are written in English; any translation is for convenience and the English text prevails. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. This agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned; we may assign it to a successor of the business, with notice to you.
