FOUNDING SUPPORTER CAMPAIGN

Help us validate the evidence-based path to Healthy Longevity

Our targeted physical activity protocols are already clinically studied in inflammation-driven conditions. The next step is to test them where they are meant to work — in healthy adults over 40 whose inflammatory markers have begun to rise. This campaign funds that pilot and the published evidence that follows, opening the way to a wide launch.

THE PROBLEM

We live longer, but not healthier

The widening gap between lifespan and healthspan is filled with chronic, age-related disease.

Globally, an estimated 9.6 years of each life are spent with disease or disability — rising to 12.4 years in the United States.

The leading causes of preventable death and disability — cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, dementia, cancer and frailty — are diseases of ageing. They share an important underlying mechanism: the chronic, low-grade systemic inflammation that builds quietly with age — inflammageing.

THE AIM

Target inflammageing

Inflammageing is increasingly recognised as a driving force behind many age-related diseases. By acting on its pathways, we aim to change the trajectory — fewer years lost to chronic disease, more years lived well.
Our targets:

Metabolic health

Low-grade systemic inflammation links ageing to metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. Acting on these pathways is a plausible lever for prevention.

Cardiovascular health

Inflammageing is implicated in age-related cardiovascular disease — a leading cause of lost healthy years and preventable death.

Functional resilience

Beyond disease, chronic low-grade inflammation may contribute to fatigue, pain and frailty — the everyday erosion of healthspan and quality of life.

WHAT WE BUILD

Two protocols, one evidence-driven methodology

We develop targeted physical activity protocols, delivered on a digital platform. Feedback-based assessments adapt each programme to the individual and track progress over time.

PROTOCOL 1 · ADULTS 40+

Healthy Longevity

For adults aged 40 and over

A gentle, accessible, progressive protocol designed to help prevent age-related disease and extend healthspan — with no previous fitness background required.

Easy to follow. Accessible, targeted exercises coordinated with breathing, guided step by step.

Safe by design. Low-risk and gentle — suitable for complete beginners.

Accessible anywhere. Delivered online, with no gym or equipment required.

PROTOCOL 2 · HIGH DEMAND

Upgraded Performance

For athletes and professionals under high, sustained stress

The same evidence-based methodology, adapted for performance, recovery and resilience — and tailored to specific goals.

Performance-oriented. Built to sustain capacity under demanding load.

Recovery-focused. Structured to support resilience and faster recovery.

Adaptable. Can be tailored to a specific discipline or target.

SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE

Based on real clinical results

Our methodology is built on clinical research in inflammation-driven conditions — with further studies underway.

Inflammatory bowel disease

Published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Science and Medicine in Sport, December 2025.

A 4-week randomised, double-blind trial in 26 patients with mild-to-moderate inflammatory bowel disease. The targeted physical activity protocol was tested against general "placebo" exercise, not against rest. Both groups improved clinically. In the Crohn’s disease subgroup, remission reached 75% with the targeted protocol against 14% with general exercise. Faecal calprotectin, a standard marker of gut inflammation, remained stable in the targeted-activity group while increasing in controls.

Fibromyalgia

An early clinical study, presented at the 15th International Congress on Autoimmunity.

A non-randomised study in 30 adults with fibromyalgia: 15 followed the protocol, 15 continued their usual routine. 73% of the protocol group met the predefined pain-response threshold (significant improvements in symptoms such as pain and fatigue), against 13% of the others. Gut-barrier and microbiome markers shifted towards a healthier profile. Some of those findings survived statistical correction; others remain exploratory. Manuscripts in preparation.

Inflammageing

A randomised proof-of-concept pilot in adults over 40 — the next study.

The clinical studies above were in patients, which is not where most adults over 40 find themselves. What they notice instead - is a tiredness that rest no longer clears, a slower recovery, sleep that restores less, and a blood panel that comes back borderline. Nothing crossing a diagnostic threshold, yet the low-grade inflammation underlying age-related disease already measurable. The pilot now in preparation begins precisely there, following that group through 12 weeks of the Healthy Longevity protocol and assessing, before and after, validated measures of fatigue, sleep quality and physical function alongside inflammatory and gut-barrier markers. It turns evidence gathered in patients into evidence for the far larger group who are not yet ill — published in full, whatever it shows.

OUR PROPRIETARY APPROACH

Targeted physical activity, designed to act on inflammageing pathways

Structured, mechanism-driven, reproducible protocols designed to act on the pathways of low-grade systemic inflammation and support functional health.

1

STEP 1 · ASSESS

Baseline

Questionnaires and, optionally, biomarkers establish a starting point.

2

STEP 2 · TAILOR

Personalise

The protocol is matched and adapted to the individual.

3

STEP 3 · RE-ASSESS

Track & adjust

Progress is tracked, and the plan adjusts over time.

↻ The loop repeats as new feedback and biomarker data come in.

Grounded in clinical research

Built on published and presented clinical research — not general wellness claims.

Mechanism-driven

Designed to target inflammageing pathways — the plausible roots of age-related diseases.

Feedback-adaptive

Questionnaire- and, optionally, biomarker-informed progression, delivered and tracked through the platform.
